Guidelines
for artwork:
We can accommodate you with the following art guidelines:
Our foam cutter has a cutting capacity of 4 feet x 8 feet x
8 feet in one piece. Larger sizes can be accommodated by
"paneling" your artwork.
Foam letters:
You may order any typestyle (PC format). For best results you
should supply the font on a disk or via e-mail to us as font names
vary depending on supplier/creator. If you do not supply the font,
please send a hard copy of the letter style so that we may match
it as closely as possible.
Our foam letter prices are applicable in most situations (pricelist),
however ornamental or cursive (fancy) typestyles may be subject to
a surcharge. You will be notified of this when ordering your
letters. Custom designs or graphics will be quoted on an
individual basis. For accurate quoting, please know the thickness
of individual pieces of your design.

Foam letters or products can be easily applied to most buildings
or walls by means of PL300 construction adhesive or other
products. If applying letters to metal clad buildings you may glue
the letters to wood strapping and screw the strapping to the
siding.
Important! All foam letters should be painted to withstand
UV rays. Latex-based paints will work best and will not eat into
the foam. Deka or 1-Shot paint may be used but do not apply heat
to accelerate the drying time. You
can use any type of oil based paints (for great colors or affects)
after you have applied a Latex coat. We can also provide you with
an hard coat that can be brushed on. This will make the products
very durable.
How to order your products:
We operate on a PC platform, however we can accept MAC files in
Adobe *.ai format (ensure that file is saved on a PC formatted
disk). Make sure that fonts are converted to "graphics"
or “curves” (on the PC or MAC) because with the vast amount of
fonts available we do not always have a particular font in stock.
Please note that the quality of your artwork must be very good. As
the saying goes "garbage in… garbage out" We can also
design the artwork for you. If you have a rough idea of what you
want, e-mail or fax us your ideas and we will contact you with
costs, suggestions and recommendations

We can accept the following file formats (on the Windows
platform):
FlexiSign, CasMate, Inspire, Signlab, Sign Wizard, Adobe
Illustrator 8 format (ai) or CorelDraw 7, 8, 9 and 10, Croma, Mad Dog Graphix Clipart
If you want to mail us your artwork:
Put your artwork on a:
- Floppy disk
- Zip disk
- CD, CD-RW or
- SyQuest SparQ 1.0
If possible add a picture or drawing of the design(s). Make sure
to make the artwork in the right dimensions!
You may also e-mail the artwork to us (see our e-mail address on
the bottom of the page)
PMT artwork is acceptable but there will be a scanning fee. The
charge for scanning artwork and file preparation is based on
$45.00 per hour
We ship worldwide. Freight is at your expense. All jobs are
pre-paid, MasterCard, Visa or Cash
Time schedule is 4-6 weeks at this time.

are the owner or authorized user of such material and can provide
proof or authorization that you are able to use the artwork
requested.
